☼ San Vincenzo holiday home

Villa la Cavaliera Cavaliera is situated in the South area of San Vincenzo in the residential area on Via della Principessa.
The centre is 2 km far awayand the beach just a few metres.

The characteristic of this area is the stillness, its small streets are not so very busy and are surrounded by a lot of green. Notwisthending the distance from the centre the Villa is not isolated.
Near it you find restaurants, pizzerias and small groucer' s shops.

The residence is a 5-toried-biulding connected by staircases and a lift. From the apartments on the third and fourth floors you can enjoy a wonderful sea-view.

On the basement in the Villa you find the laundry room with four washing machines and an ironing board.

The internal park place is exclusively for the guests.

On the ground floor is active the wi-fi connection. Take your laptop and ask the password at the reception. On the ground floor there is a swimming pool, very useful when you come back from the beach and necessary when there is rough sea.
