☼ Surrounding San Vincenzo a wonderful corner of Tuscany...
San Vincenzo is situated in the Val di Cornia, together with Piombino, Campiglia Marittima, Suvereto, Sassetta e Monteverdi.
The Etruscan coast extends from livorno to Piombino.
As San Vincenzo is a very young small town, it has no historical centre but a pedestrian area with nice shops and good restaurants and a modern recently restored harboury, where in the Summer the ferry-boats leave for Elba, and the other isles of the Tuscan archipelago. You can visit San Vincenzo by bike too through the cicletrack.
Discovering nature and history you can visit medieval villages such as Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri or the natural beauty of Baratti Golf with the castle of Populonia, from where you can enjoy a wonderful unique sight. You can reach the natural parco of Rimigliano from the Villa and you can walk in the green of the typically Mediterranean Maquis or you can reach the sea where you can swim.
You can reach easily Livorno, Pisa, Volterra and San Gimignano in the North and Siena and Massa Marittima in the South.
